Cadets participate in Phase II of the CRO-selection process each spring at Moody AFB, Georgia, and in the fall at Fairchild AFB, Washington. Phase I applications are due no later than (NLT) January 1 and August 1 each year. Phase I is an application board review and Phase II is an in-person assessment.
